How to Take Screenshots on Chrome OS/Chromebook
Chromebooks, in contrast to Windows computers, do not have a dedicated key for printing the screen. Taking screenshots, on the other hand, can be done in a way that is both complex and straightforward. When taking a screenshot using Chrome OS, you have the option of selecting a specific region of the screen to capture. The screenshot is also automatically saved as a PNG image file when you take it with Chrome OS. On Chrome OS, taking screenshots and finding them can be done in the following way.

You can take a screenshot of the entire screen by simultaneously pressing the Control and Windows Switcher Keys on your keyboard. The key for switching windows is the one that looks like it has three boxes above the number 6 key. On keyboards that do not use Chrome OS, press Control while simultaneously pressing the F5 key.

On keyboards that do not use Chrome OS, press and hold Ctrl and F5.

Pressing CTRL + SHIFT + the Window Switcher Key will capture a screenshot of just the area of the screen that you have selected. The standard pointer is replaced by a crosshair pointer. After that, you will need to select an elliptical region on the internet to take a screenshot of by clicking and dragging the cursor on the area of the world that you need a screenshot of. After you have chosen the world, you can now let go of the button on your mouse or trackpad. That sums it up nicely. Your screenshot is taken.

Find the screenshot you want.
As soon as you take the screenshot, a notification appears on the rock bottom right corner of your screen confirming the action. The screenshot can be accessed by clicking on the notification.
The screenshot is automatically saved as a PNG image, which will be placed in the Downloads folder on your local computer. The name of the screenshot’s associated.png file includes the date and time that the screenshot was taken.
