Gran Turismo 7 Coming To PS4 Was A Decision Reportedly Made ‘Fairly Recently’
According to a piece that was published in Video Game Chronicle, Sony’s decision to introduce Gran Turismo 7 into the PS4 was made quite recently.
The structural holder is immediately displayed that Polyphony Digital’s upcoming entry in the simulator franchise won’t be exclusive for PS5, with the PS4 also becoming its version of the game. The game will be published by Polyphony Digital. The same may also be said for God of War Ragnarok, which is another game that is widely believed to be exclusive to the PS5 when it launches.

The following is the whole blurb that was included in the VGC post, which was authored by Andy Robinson:
Gran Turismo 7, after all, was swiftly sold as a PS5 exclusive in December, even though, to be honest with Sony, I am aware that the decision to issue a PS4 edition was taken just very recently. Despite this, however, the game was hastily pushed as an exclusive to the PS5 platform.
Gran Turismo 7, which will be available for the PS4 and PS5 when it is finally released in 2022, is now in the process of being developed. Since the first PlayStation was released in 1997, the programme has been Sony’s most successful original production to date.
