How to take a Screenshot of SnapChat on Your Android Phone
The following video demonstrates “How to Take a SnapChat Screenshot on Your Android Phone.”
On Android, we can take a screenshot of any visible screen, but only in the case of Snapchat will the sender be notified if we take a picture of a message. We don’t always want the sender to be aware that we’re collecting screenshots of their messages. Although it is significantly more involved than the standard way, we will utilise it to take screenshots of the snapchat photographs without alerting the user.
This task will necessitate the use of a third-party application such as apowersoft screenshot. However, there is a way to take screenshots without being discovered that does not require the use of third-party software.
Method 1: Capture Screenshots without Using Third-Party Apps
View this page for further information on how to factory reset or powerwash a Chromebook.
Using the first method, you can capture screenshots without the use of third-party apps.
First and foremost, you’ll want to launch Snapchat and swipe right to get the list of SnapChats that have been sent and received. It is expected that the received Snapchat will immediately load and display Tap to look at within the list view; however, if it displays Tap to load, tap it, but make sure that it does not open.
When you’ve finished loading the SnapChat, go to the notification panel and toggle on Airplane Mode to save battery life. You’ll also be able to enable it from the Settings menu. When you turn on Airplane Mode, the WiFi connection will be disabled.
Following the activation of Airplane mode, Snapchat will display a red bar at the top of your screen with the message “Could not connect to the internet, please try again.” This indicates that SnapChat is no longer available, and it is safe to request the snapshot. So go ahead and open the SnapChat you’d like to capture a screenshot of and capture a screenshot of it in the regular manner. To capture a screenshot, press the facility and residential buttons at the same time on your Android handset, just as you would on most other devices. However, depending on the Android version of the smartphone, the method of collecting screenshots may differ.
Immediately after taking your snapchat, you would wish to close the snapchat application fully in order to prevent the notification from being sent out again. Additionally, you want to be certain that it is not running in the background. The Application Manager in settings will allow you to do this. Alternatively, you can press the Recent Apps button at the bottom of your screen and scroll right till you see Snapchat on your screen.
Remove your phone from Airplane mode, connect to WiFi, and launch SnapChat. The app is completely unaware that you have viewed the snapchat and taken a screenshot. You’ll now be able to open Snapchat, as was previously the case.
Method 2: Capturing Screenshots Using Third-Party Apps
This link will take you to the Google Play store where you can download the app.
